Why is it that we have experiences like thinking of a person and suddenly the person calls us, or letting the mind go quiet and suddenly remembering where we left the car keys, or feeling someone staring at us with our back turned at a social gathering, or even having glimpses of past lives or future events? Because we live in non-local consciousness – the primal, universal energy that may answer Einstein’s quest for a unified energy field. Though this energy connects everything and everyone, enfolding time and space, we are often too distracted to notice its effects.

This course will examine non-local consciousness through the portals of physics, the human mind, the social compact and Earth’s ecosystem, and spiritual teachings.
